BYZ – 100 is an elastomeric acrylic resin based, single component, fiber added, ready to use, white liquid waterproofing membrane that can also be used as exterior paint.

Usage Areas
- On flat and sloped concrete roofs
- In the insulation of surfaces that do not esixt ponding water ( Do not use in places constantly exposed to water like pools)
- On building side facades
- On open ceramic terrace surfaces
- On joint gap of ceramic covered terraces, balconies, etc.
- It is applied in indoor and outdoor environmental conditions.

Method of Application
- It is ready to use in its packaging.
- Surface should be cleaned from dust, rust and dirt before application.
- It is recommended to prime the surface with AREL AKRILIK ASTAR (AREL ACRYLIC PRIMER) before applying BYZ-100. Then it can be applied with a brush or roller, depending on the properties of application surface.
- When used in waterproofing, minimum 1 kg / square meter should be used.
- In multi-layer applications, application should be made after the lower layer is completely dry.
Packaging and Storage
- 18 kg plastic bucket
- It can be used for 2 years from the production date under suitable storage conditions.
- BYZ-100 should be protected from frost. The frozen product becomes unusable.
