IZO-TEM 2K

IZO-TEM 2K is a two-component, ready-to-mix, fiber added, general-purpose, insulation material that is used in the waterproofing of all underground and above-ground concrete elements under internal and external environmental conditions, protects concrete from water and moisture, and can be used in cracks and joints in building materials.

Method of Application

  • It is ready to mix in its packaging.
  • Surface should be cleaned from dust, rust and dirt before application.
  • The powder component should be mixed slowly on top of the liquid component with a low speed mixer.
  • It is recommended to prime the surface with AREL AKRILIK ASTAR (AREL ACRYLIC PRIMER) or diluted IZO-TEM 2K liquid part before applying IZO-TEM 2K. Then it can be applied with a brush or trowel, depending on the properties of the application surface.
  • In multi-layer applications, application should be made after the lower layer is completely dry.
  • IZO-TEM 2K should use minimum 1,5 – 2 kg / square meter.

Packaging and Storage

  • 30 kg plastic bucket
  • It can be used for 2 years from the production date under suitable storage conditions.
  • IZO-TEM 2K should be protected from frost. The frozen product becomes unusable.
