ARL-450

ARL-450 is; high strength, non-shrink, one component, self-compacting, cement based, fiber reinforced and polymer modified grout mortar.

Usage Areas

Method of Application

  • The application surface should be cleaned, residues that will prevent adhesion should be removed, and concrete surfaces should be moisturized with water. After moisturizing, no water should remain on the concrete surface, but the surface should be saturated with water.
  • The molds in the application area should be checked for their soundness. The molds should be checked to prevent leakage.
  • Molds must be covered with mold release agent. The surface must be cleaned from residues that will prevent adhesion and saturated with water.
  • While adding slowly 25 kg ARL-450 GROUT HARCI (ARL-450 GROUT MORTAR) to 2,75- 4 lt of water, it should be mixed with low speed mixer until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  • After ARL-450 (which is prepared by mixing with water) starts to harden, there should not be water added again.
  • After pouring starts, rodding should be done to avoid air in the casting.
  • It is recommended to complete the application within 15-20 minutes after mixing the product with water.
  • After the application, cleaning is done with water.
  • Approximately 2 kg of powder ARL-450 is required for 1 liter of mortar.
  • With 1 bag of ARL-450, a volume of approximately 12.5 liters can be filled.
